【工作内容】
MAIN JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
· Down payment category monitoring and invoice follow up, assist for tax annual filling treatment adjustment
· Responsible for payment records review in system, ensure the timely payment and company policy compliance.
· Work with import & export department for daily duty& vat payment settlement, sort out the data, make sure the booking accuracy and timely in SAP
· Vendor data maintenance and requisition verification. Ensure data accuracy and avoid data duplication
· Review and filing the supporting documents/ reports and assist AP supervisor to perform AP data review and analysis
· Improve the working process for AP team, in order to be more effective
· Prepare payment request with supporting documents
· Work with the General Ledger Accountant to ensure timely and accurate preparation of China financial reports
· Assit the Internal and external audit
· The team work of colleague backup
· Support other tasks assigned by line manager.
REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION
· Bachelor's degree is preferred
· Major in Finance or accounting
JOB EXPERIENCE
· Working experience in AP functions, 3+ years is preferred
· ERP system on A/P module, familiar with SAP is preferred
· Good English proficiency both in oral and written
